Clearly identify scope items for our client early in the feasibility and facility planning stages
Asset due diligence service for sellers, buyers or financial institutions
Evaluate all business plans, strategic marketing plans and past engineering reports
Utilize industry-best design and analytical tools such as AutoCad, Rebus and Vis
Early identification of all environmental and safety concerns for employees, the community and products

Design to meet all local and federal codes and standards (i.e., OSHA, FDA, EPA, ASHRAE, ASME)
Process safety and risk management strategy development
