Architecture

Many of Stellar's architects hold muilti-state board registrations, are registered by the National Council of Arictectural Registration Boards (NCARB) and are members of the American Institute of Architects (AIA). Stellar's architects practice throughout North America, the Caribbean and countries in Central and South America. Our architects work closely with engineers on the design team on engineering studies, conceptual designs, master plans, preliminary and final construction documents, equipment layout for process, material handling, automation, building mechanical and power and utilities. Stellar's architects and engineers are also able to create digital animations and simulations of a clients' prospective facility, realistically portraying layout, site features, finishes and other aesthetic details vital to the facility's success and acceptance in the community.

We have delivered design packages that have been used for internal and external design-build, construction management and general contracting projects. Stellar offers comprehensive design packages that can be used for general contracting and construction management bids, or work under a design-build contract.
