Stellar's traditional engineering services include mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP) and structural engineering. Our multi-state registered engineers (PEs) and drafting professionals have expertise across the commercial, industrial and institutional markets.

Stellar's MEP professionals work closely with other in-house resources and owners to assure all design goals are met for efficiency, durability and productivity. Our engineers have led efforts for a wide range of projects, from small commercial renovations to large industrial projects requiring specific and sophisticated energy management, waste treatment and HVAC systems.

Stellar also employs many registered structural engineers to assure building designs meet safety and productivity requirements. These engineers also have a broad range of experience, including work on projects in the Caribbean and other tropical areas where severe weather is a threat.
