This project consists of construction of a 7-story condominium building having 17 upper-end condominium units located on First Street on the beach in Jacksonville Beach, Florida. The structure consists of concrete footings, columns, and post-tensioned slabs with exterior and interior separation masonry walls having an exterior coating of stucco and EIFS with tile highlights accented by standing-seam metal roofs. The project scope contains installing right-of-way infrastructure and alterations, an underground storm water retention system, a parking garage within the building structure, sitework, and landscaping. The future residents of this facility will enjoy a two-level lobby space, state-of-the-art elevator system, beachside terraces, stepped ceilings, storage amenities, and casement windows.
