This two-story building includes an ambulatory surgical center and medical offices. The ambulatory surgical center is designed to meet the Agency for Health Care Administration’s (AHCA) requirements for patient health and safety, including an HVAC system that ensures indoor air quality. It includes sterilization equipment, medical gasses, and a recovery room. The medical office building features 12 exam rooms, a nurses’ station, procedure room, MRI suite, and cast room. Support spaces include showers, a locker room, break room, and administrative areas. The ASC encompasses surgery suites, recovery room, medical gasses, sterilization equipment, and nurses station.
