Stellar Building New Ferguson Showroom and Warehouse

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (January 15, 2019) — Sitework is currently underway for a new showroom and warehouse for Ferguson, the largest plumbing wholesaler in North America.

Stellar, a firm providing award-winning construction management at-risk, design-build and general contracting services for a range of commercial and public sector markets, is the design-builder for the new Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Gallery and warehouse in Jacksonville.

The new location at 11511 Phillips Highway will feature:

• A 17,238 square-foot, high-end showroom

• A 56,600 square-foot warehouse

• A 3,520 square-foot retail and checkout area for trade professionals

Ferguson turned to Stellar to design and construct the new facility after outgrowing its current space at 3003 Phillips Highway. The showroom and warehouse are currently in two separate locations, but this new location will consolidate them on one site. Stellar is also coordinating the design and infrastructure of the showroom to accommodate its high-end kitchen, bath and lighting displays.

Now, we have the pleasure of serving them by designing and building this great new facility right here in our community.”

The new facility will service Ferguson’s many vendors and will also be open to the public. Stellar expects to complete the project by August 2019.
