Stellar’s Tim Jenkins Named to University of North Florida Construction Management Advisory Board
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (August 22, 2019) — Tim Jenkins, a senior project manager in Stellar’s Commercial Division, has been appointed to the University of North Florida’s Construction Management Advisory Board (CMAB).
As a member of the CMAB, Jenkins will serve alongside other industry professionals to steer the UNF Construction Management Department towards continued success in producing top-ranked graduates for the industry.
Members of the board meet monthly with departmental administration, faculty and student representatives to provide guidance and insight into the needs of the construction industry. CMAB members also participate in guest lectures, industry review of student projects and several employer events throughout the academic year.
“We’re proud of our long-standing partnership with the University of North Florida, offering internships and employment to its brightest graduates,” said Richard Lovelace, Senior Vice President of Commercial Services at Stellar. “We’re happy to continue that relationship and to have Tim represent Stellar in this new role. I’m confident he will provide valuable input and serve the department’s leaders and students selflessly.”
