Randy Theen Joins Stellar as Executive Vice President of Industrial Solutions Division

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (January 18, 2022) — Stellar, a fully integrated firm focused on design, engineering, construction, refrigeration and mechanical services worldwide, is proud to welcome Randy Theen, PE, as Executive Vice President of Stellar Industrial Solutions, the company's industrial refrigeration arm.

Theen is a well-known leader in the refrigeration, mechanical, HVAC and electrical industries and a former employee of Stellar. He has more than 30 years of industry expertise and most recently contributed to the growth and success of ColonialWebb Contractors, a $300 million subsidiary of Comfort Systems USA, a leading building and services provider for mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems with annual revenues exceeding $2 billion. Theen spent 12 years at ColonialWebb, where he oversaw the Industrial Refrigeration and Mechanical Contracting divisions as Executive Vice President. He is a registered engineer in 11 states.

Theen graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He also earned his MBA from the Warrington College of Business at UF.
