The award recognizes the R&D facility the firm designed and built for Nestle USA.

The design-build contract for the project was awarded to Stellar. Stellar provided architecture, engineering and construction services for the project. It also designed and constructed a new energy plant for the R&D center.

The projects include upgrades to the Terry Concert Hall, Kinne Center dining hall and Williams Hall dormitory.
